TELEMARKETER

 The telemarketer will be responsible for developing sales and leads. Sales over the phone will receive a 20% commission of the profit. Sales leads in which an outside sales rep. is needed to give a visual and verbal presentation you will split the 20% commission.

 As a telemarketer you will be cold calling businesses and attempting to introduce the product to them. Once an interest is shown, we will mail to them a brochure with all the information that might be needed for a sale over the phone. Five business days after the mailing you as a telemarketer will be responsible to follow up with another phone call and try to make the sale over the phone. If the potential client asks to see the product you will contact us so that we can schedule a sales rep. to go to their location and give a presentation. If the sale is made by the sales rep the commission will be split. 

As a telemarketer your customers will be able to call us direct and re-order for more units, and you will still receive your original commission rate of the profit on the sale.
